Meal Allergies policy - Camp Eagle Rock does not make special meals for individuals and cannot guarantee allergy free food. If a camper wants to make their own meal, a small kitchen is provided for that camper to share with other campers wishing to make their own meal. In this kitchen is a microwave, stove, refrigerator, oven and sink.(Required)

Camp Eagle Rock staff mmbers DO NOT run the challenge course due to the certifications and number of staff members needed. A 3rd party organization Challenge Quest operates this part of our camp. All pricing and agreements must be done between YOU and Challenge Quest.

I understand that my group is responsible for setting up meeting rooms in the manner that we want them set up in and that we will return the meeting rooms to the way we found them.(Required)

I understand that in my meeting room I will be provided with a television to project my computer on, 2 microphones and 2 speakers. If I want additional microphones, instruments or sound I will need to bring it with me.(Required)

Guest room check-in time is after 3:00pm on the arrival date and check-out time not later than 10:00 am on departure date unless previously arranged in writing (guest may stay on property until 1:00 p.m. but must vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. for cleaning.(Required)

I understand that my group only as access to the buildings that we have RENTED and that the JB Lodge meeting area is designated as a “shared space” for meals. I further understand that areas such as the pools, gaga ball, 9 square, volleyball, game room and so on are shared space areas and that if I want exclusive access to these areas I must rent the entire camp.(Required)

Please note that this is your FINAL planning form, you cannot receive a refund on the options that you choose so please confirm your numbers before you submit them. You will need a credit card to pay for the options that you choose.
