At Camp Eagle Rock, we absolutely love weddings, and we're thrilled to offer a variety of beautiful settings to make your special day unforgettable!

For a small, intimate wedding, the Farwell Chapel is perfect. This charming venue, reminiscent of a “Little House on the Prairie,” seats about 50 guests and offers a unique and cozy atmosphere.

If you're planning a larger wedding, the J.B. Lodge is an excellent choice. It accommodates up to 150 guests and features a stunning wood lodge environment, complete with restrooms, a kitchen, and a sound system—all ready for your use.

For those seeking a grander space or an outdoor feel with the security of weather protection, the Tabernacle is ideal. Seating over 400 guests, it offers roll-open sides for breathtaking views and a covered area for shade and peace of mind.

As Camp Eagle Rock operates a commercial kitchen, we’re delighted to provide exceptional on-site catering if needed!

THE DAY OF WEDDINGS!

On June 7, 2025, Camp Directors Tom and Sonya will celebrate 22 years of marriage! To mark this special occasion, they want to share their joy with as many couples as possible. Thinking about getting married? What’s holding you back? Tom and Sonya are opening the camp for a day full of weddings—completely FREE OF CHARGE!

What’s Included?

Ceremony Location: Choose from three beautiful venues, whether you’re planning an intimate gathering of 50 guests or a larger celebration for up to 200.

A Minister: Bring your own pastor, or we’ll have one available who would be delighted to officiate your ceremony.

Photography: You can bring your own photographer, or take advantage of the professional photographer we’ve hired for you!

Reception: After the ceremonies, all three wedding parties will come together for a joint reception! It’s going to be a fantastic celebration, complete with a DJ, cake cutting for each couple, your first dance, father-daughter dance, mother-son dance, and hors d'oeuvres for your guests.

JB LODGE - Indoor, air conditioned "hunter" style lodge with a fireplace. Seating is set up for 100 people.

Eagle Heart Tabernacle - Barn style building with open air walls (that can be closed if raining) a beautiful open air backdrop (which can also be closed if raining) and seating for 200 people.

Farwell Chapel - An amazing "little house on the prairie" chapel with seating for 60 people. This is not an air conditioned building, but it does stay relatively cool.

You will have one hour for the wedding and the reception, we then have an hour "buffer" for the next group to get set up and ready. If you do not want a reception, the entire hour can be used for the wedding.

While a reception is not required, we do ask that you let us know in advance if you plan to participate so we can make the necessary arrangements. The reception will feature a delightful hors d'oeuvre meal—rest assured, it will be delicious, but we won't have the space or time for a full sit-down dinner. During the reception, we’ll have a series of special moments, including the introduction of the bridal parties, a toast, the first dance, father-daughter dance, mother-son dance, bouquet toss, and garter toss!
