My name is Tom Saccenti, and I’m the manager of Camp Eagle Rock in Eagle Rock, Missouri. I’m reaching out to invite your food truck to be part of an incredible opportunity in the SUMMER OF 2026 — one of the largest campouts in the country!

Every four years, Camp Eagle Rock hosts Camporama, a massive week-long campout drawing between 2,500 and 4,500 men and boys from across the U.S. In 2026, we’re doing something brand new:

WE’RE GOING 100% FOOD TRUCKS!

No cafeteria, no camp kitchen — just YOU, our local food trucks, feeding thousands.

🚚 Food Truck Setup

  • Campers are divided into 1,000-person groups, and trucks will be assigned by section
  • No need to move your truck all week!
  • Water hookups provided
  • You provide power — we supply FREE on-site gas or propane refills
  • ✅ Nighttime security provided so you can safely leave your truck in place overnight

🍽️ Meal Format

  • One Plate Menu for each meal:
    • Optional Breakfast – $8 reimbursed
    • Lunch – $9 reimbursed
    • Dinner – $9 reimbursed
  • Same meal each day — no need to change daily
  • No drinks or desserts required

🎟️ Guaranteed Sales

  • Every camper receives a meal ticket for each meal — no guesswork
  • We’ll ask for your max meal output per 2-hour window and limit trucks accordingly
  • Outside of meal times, you may sell to campers at your regular prices
  • 10% camp service fee applies to offset loss in snack bar sales
